(A) Oral Presentation
The delegates wiling to join the ARDIF international conference as a paper presenter (Oral Presentation) will require to submit the abstract part of the proposed presentation, which will be passed through the ARDIF subject based review panel. Based on the comments of the respective review committee a proposal is accepted/rejected or send back for the changes as recommend by the committee. The review process takes 3-5 working day's duration after the submission of the proposals. The outcomes of the review process is conveyed to the respective author/s via email in this time duration. The authors, whose abstracts have been accepted for the conference are notified via email to confirm their registration with the payment of the registration charges. The delegates who receive the acceptance email will require to pay the registration charges in 5 day’s duration else, the proposals will be deleted in absence of the confirmation of registration.Upon the confirmation of the registration from the respective author/s, the presentation will be added in the final presenter's schedule and official invitation letter will be issued. Thus, the acceptance of the paper/proposal is solely subject to the review process. The authors with an accepted abstract will only be invited for the presentation during the conference provided the author/s confirms the registration with the payment of the registration charges well in advance. The proposals can be submitted online using the 'Submission of Abstract' option from the website. The authors with the accepted proposals may refer to the below guidelines to prepare their presentation for the conference:
(B) Poster Presentation
The delegates willing to present their poster or intending to participate in the ARDIF international conference will also require to submit the abstract part of the poster for the review process. Based on the comments of the review committee, the outcomes of the review process will be conveyed to the author/s via email. The authors, whose abstracts have been accepted for the conference are notified via email to confirm their registration with the payment of the registration charges. Upon the confirmation of the registration from the respective author/s, the presentation will be added in the final presenter's schedule and official invitation letter will be issued.
The authors with the accepted proposals may refer to the below guidelines to prepare their poster for the presentation during the conference.
(C) Virtual PresentationThe ARDIF also welcomes the proposals for the virtual presentation participation in its conferences. However, the acceptance of the proposals will be subject to the review process. In the current situation of unfortunate spread of Covid – 19 corona disease globally, the virtual participation has been a latest trend to join an international conference. While observing the social distancing, this is also a time when we need connection and collaboration the most. Today's leaders have the challenge of taking care of their people— keeping them safe and also inspired, focused and resilient— now and in the uncertainty ahead. That's why we are offering all of our keynote and presentation content delivered virtually to our delegates. The certification, conference proceedings etc can be downloaded from the website after the scheduled presentation and the conference kits and hard copies of the content will be shared via speed post to the registered delegates. The access of the IAARHIES online presentation platform will be extended to the pre-registered delegates only where the author/s may present their respective research in virtual manner.
(D) Listener Category ParticipationThe delegates willing to join any of the ARDIF international conference will require to submit the proposal of participation for the listener category. The proposal can be submitted online. Once the proposal is submitted, Applicant will receive acknowledgement for the online form submission. The team will review the proposal and the delegates accepted for the listener category participation will be asked to confirm the registration with the payment of the registration charges. Based on the requirements, the delegates may be asked to submit the additional documents i.e. passport, office ID, student's ID card copies etc. Once the registration is confirmed, the official invitation letter will be issued to the concerned delegates and they will be invited officially to join the conference. The conference kit, hard copies of the Fee Receipt, Participation Certificate, name badges and proceedings will be given at the conference venue. Co-authors are not included and won't be considered under this registration category.PG Students and PhD Scholars will be considered under Research Scholar Category.Registered candidates cannot claim for refund on their absence in the conference.
(E) General GuidelinesThe medium of language for submission of abstracts and full papers as well as the presentation of all kinds would be English. The Proceedings of the submitted abstracts and full papers will be published electronically as a volume and made available to all approximately 15-20 days after the completion of the conference. Full paper are not required to submit at the time of abstract submission but all the delegates have to ensure the submission of full paper before the conference commences.
