Scope Of The Conference
ARDIF Academic Research Development International Foundation (Regd.) is pleased to announce call for papers for its International Conference On Advanced Administrative Management – ICAAM - 2021 being organized in New York, USA on 26-27 October, 2021.
Academicians and researchers are invited to submit full-length papers, research-in-progress papers, case studies, doctoral dissertation, or abstracts to ICAAM - 2021 which will be held in New York, USA on 26-27 October, 2021. The call for Papers and Posters will be open till 15 October, 2021.
In large scale business build ups or establishments, An Administrators, Executives, Managers are responsible for providing financial services, budget preparation, procurement, travel arrangements, property control, and general administration. They offer services, advice and guidance to the programs, sections and offices within the Institute as endeavor to ensure sound and efficient financial management of resources and funds, in accordance with institutional financial rules and regulations, established policies and procedures, and specified requirements.
ICAAM – 2021 has therefore been designed to help the administration staff in the institution to build and project confidence, keep conversations focused and productive, exhibit knowledge and credibility and exert influence in everyday interactions. Participants will be able to create a powerful alliance with superiors and enhance a professional profile within the organization.
Discussions will also examine the essential relationship-building skills will help in the development of workable strategies and establish one's authority and get ideas noticed. Another focus will be the impartation of skills that are needed to make a difference
and grow in one's career and in the organization. To excel in this rapidly changing work environment, one needs more skills than ever before – like understanding the organization's business, managing change, communicating strategically, leading, working in teams and juggling new assignments with current responsibilities.
The primary goal of the conference is to provide opportunities for academicians and scientists along-with professionals, policy makers and Practitioners from various fields in a global realm to present their research contributions and views, on one forum and interact with members inside and outside their own particular disciplines.

About Abstract Submission Process
Full papers are welcome, but not required at the time of registration. Before a paper or poster is invited for presentation at the IWRR – 2021, an author must first submit a comprehensive abstract for consideration through the ARDIF online abstract submission system on www.ardif.org (You can also click here to submit your abstract/proposal online). The abstract/proposal should not exceed the word limit of 250 words. Registered participants with an accepted abstract and/or refereed full paper will be published in the Conference Proceedings (ISBN) and in ARDIF subject based online International Journal.
Oral, poster and virtual presenters shall be included in the Proceedings. The submitted abstract would be evaluated by volunteer subject matter experts from industry, government, and academia. Abstracts are double-blind reviewed – the evaluators are not provided the author names and vice versa. Authors whose abstracts are selected by the ARDIF’s review panels will be invited to present their respective papers with 25 minutes platform presentations.
Ethics
All the genuine research works are welcome only and to be incorporated for the event. The ARDIF platform is available to the genuine researchers and we firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtue of any academic event. Hence any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated. All the submissions will pass through a strict review process and all the plagiarized contents/proposals will be rejected. Therefore, the submitting authors must ensure that the piece of research they are submitting are original and genuine in nature and involves no disputed content.
